Winemaker and proprietor, Thomas White, is passionate about curating individual wines from each of the eight unique estate blocks to show the differences in soil profiles, rootstock, and vine age. The end goal is to make wines that reflect their site through minimal handling and intervention.
Curator Wine Co wines are hand harvested, wild fermented, and basket pressed into French oak from selected Cooperages. Applying traditional winemaking techniques, these wines are made in minimalistic style without fining or filtration creating dark, flavoursome, and juicy wines with a smooth balanced finish.
