Story Behind the Wine:
The name "The Guardian Angel" was inspired by the idea of "the Angels' Share," a term used in winemaking that refers to the wine that evaporates during aging, seen as an offering to the angels. We like to think of this sparkling Chardonnay as an earthly tribute to that divine concept. The cooler-than-average growing season of 2023 in the Limestone Coast allowed for prolonged flavor development while maintaining the grapes' natural crispness. This unique climate gives the wine its complex yet refreshingly crisp profile.
