Our Plum is distilled from the blue oat plum, which reaches its full maturity under the sun. The plums are handled with the utmost care under the supervision of our distiller. Distilled and the distillate stored for at least 3 years. This specialty was rounded off with pure plum juice.

Kirsch is a classic central European brandy made from cherries. The light but intensely floral drink is used in cooking but when added to drinks gives the heady aroma of blossoms.
