Tasting Notes:
Golden delight. A charmingly beautiful scent with peach, apricot, vanilla and white spices. Flavours of nectarine, apple, pear, citrus peel, white pepper and a touch of vanilla. A deft touch of old french oak adds extra complexity and a wonderfully rich and round mouth feel.
Behind the Name:
During summer, native Bearded Dragon lizards find their way into grapes destined for the winery. Luckily for the lizards, the gentleness of our crusher allows them to pass through the ordeal slightly shaken, but unharmed.
