Pale straw with green highlights, youthful and bright in the glass. Vibrant aromatics of lime zest, Elderflower, kaffir lime leaf and lemongrass. A core of citrus – lime juice, meyer lemon – complemented with nuances of granny smith apple. The texture is fine and chalky, lending length and structure with a touch of talc-like phenolics. This Riesling shows finesse of the Eden valley elevation with the elegant generosity of the Barossa floor.
