Your order and payment of goods will be deemed an offer, and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply it at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.

Changes of vintage.

While every effort is made to ensure that all vintages listed on our website are current, if the stocked vintage changes before your order is dispatched, we will contact you to inform you of the change and confirm that the alternative is acceptable.

Unavailability

From time to time, information that would typically be available through the site (including suppliers' catalogues) may be unable to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. The Owner and the Service Provider expressly exclude liability to any User of this site regarding the unavailability of content, regardless of whether or not the negligence of the Owner or the Service Provider causes this unavailability.

General delivery information.

Average delivery days would be five days up to a maximum of 14 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please get in touch with us URGENTLY.

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your purchase has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please get in touch with us if you have not received your order within this time frame. We use Australia Post for our deliveries but may use an alternative provider at our discretion. If you are not at home when your purchase is delivered, Australia Post will leave a card instructing you to contact your local Australia Post outlet to organise the collection. Delivery instructions, including an authority to leave, may be specified during checkout. Empire Liquor Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for items stolen when the customer has selected an authority to leave. Please note: during sale/ promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

Shipping charges apply only to locations in our 'General Delivery Area'.

'General Delivery Area' is only designated as Capital Cities and Metropolitan areas.

Please get in touch with our office for a quote to 'Near Country & Rural Areas' before ordering.

Delivery is not available to Rural areas of Western Australia and Queensland.

PLEASE ENSURE TO APPLY THE CORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS, INCLUDING FULL PHYSICAL ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING.

ORDERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT CORRECT FREIGHT DETAILS CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

ORDERS FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE 'GENERAL DELIVERY AREA' CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

As wines regularly change vintage, we reserve the right to deliver a subsequent vintage to fulfil your order.

Refund policy.

Should the product be faulty on arrival, we will offer you a total replacement or a full refund, including postage /shipping.

Changing your details

If you are a registered site user, you can contact us if you wish to amend your login details.
