Pindarie Schoff's Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Our vines produce powerfully-fragrant fruit and so have chosen to release the wine relatively young. As the aroma and perfume is best captured in its youth. The warmth of our vineyard on the Western Ridge of the Barossa means that the perfume is in the red berry, blackcurrant spectrum (cassis), and ensures a wine of charm at an early age, with pronounced but even and round tannins. Being Cabernet it will cellar beautifully, but age is not essential for enjoyment.

Food Pairing: Ideal with a range of cuisine, especially dishes with lamb or pork.
