Introducing our Curator Wine Co's red from 2021 and their first Grenache in the range. Made from a single ancient 100yo vineyard in Hallets Valley, just south of the township of Tanunda in the Barossa Valley. Hand picked, naturally open fermented, only seasoned French oak with minimal inputs and no fining or filtration before bottling (vegan friendly). Just a pure expression of place and time. Super juicy, beautifully structured and fresh.
