Pauletts 'Aged Release' Riesling

Prolonged drought conditions during the growing season promoted bud burst and maturation of grapes 4 weeks earlier than normal.  However the ripening period remained the same allowing classic varietal flavours to develop. Developing some honey, toast & richer characters on the palate now, still with underlying flavours of lime/citrus flavours evident and with a delightful freshness of acid through through the middle palate and finish.
